What are the store's opening hours?

All our stores are open Monday – Saturday 09:00 – 17:30, closed Sundays. For seasonal opening hours, please visit our stores page.

Do you offer a delivery Service?
Yes we do – We offer FREE delivery with orders over £65. Delivery Charge £5.25 for any orders under £65. For more information, please contact us.
What is the ONE Card?

The Creasey’s ONE Card is a loyalty card scheme where customers earn points on purchases. Find out more

What is the refund policy?

Creasey’s has a 28 day refund policy. Goods can be returned, in a saleable condition with labels attached and receipt within 28 days of purchase for a full refund issued using your original payment method. Any items returned without a receipt will require an alternative proof of purchase, ie. Bank statement, ONE Card number. Anything returned without proof of purchase but still has the Creasey’s price label which confirms it was purchased in one of our stores, will be offered a credit note. Sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund.

Exceptions due to safety or hygiene issues include; pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear & pillows. These items are non-refundable once seals/labels are tampered with or removed. All Blue Cross items are non refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Do you have any baby changing facilities?

Yes, they are located in our Kids store in our Toys department.

Is there free WiFi?

Yes free WiFi is available in our Rooftop Café in our Home store, Smith Street.

What café's and restaurants do you have?

Our Rooftop Café is located in our Home Store, Smith Street. Currently run by Boosh, it offers a selection of hot and cold drinks, wraps, toasties, salads, cakes and pastries. Our Coffee Shop in the High Street store is now closed to make way for the exciting re-development.

Accessibility

Are animals allowed in the store?

Guide dogs and other clean, well-behaved dogs are allowed in all of our stores. Only guide dogs are allowed in our café.

Which Disabled facilities are available in your stores?

Our High Street, Home & Kids store’s all have lift access to all floors.

Gift Cards

Do you sell gift cards?
We do offer Gift Cards to spend in our Department Store, these can be found here.
Do Creasey’s Gift Vouchers have an expiry date?

Our Gift Vouchers do not have expiry dates.

One Card App

How do I sign up to ONE Rewards?
In order to become a ONE Rewards member, you’ll need to download our app and follow our short sign up process. Once you have created a username and password, you can start using your ONE Card in store. You may also use the same login to use our website.
I’m an existing ONE Card member, how do I login to the app?

To log in to your ONE Rewards app, simply use the email address and password that you already use for your account on our website. If you have forgotten your password, there is an option to reset this, however you do need to use the correct email address. It should be the email address that you get current comms from Creasey’s to. If you have forgotten your email address, please speak to a member of staff in-store, or contact us through our website here.

Will I receive a physical ONE Card and vouchers through the post?

By launching our ONE Reward App, we are hoping to reduce our carbon footprint help save the environment by minimising our communications through paper mailers and using plastic cards. Everything you need will be at your fingertips in the app, so there is no need to duplicate this with a physical card or paper voucher through the post. You can find your card and vouchers in the app.

How often will I get rewards, and how does it work?

For every £1 you spend in store, you will receive 2 points that will be added to your balance. Twice a year, you will receive a voucher to spend in store. The amount of this voucher depends on how much you have spent and accumulated within the date range. We will also send you exclusive vouchers throughout the year with different offers and promotions we might be running.

I’ve joined, how do I see my rewards?

You can see your rewards in your app at any point in the top right corner.

I don't have a smart phone to download the app, can I still sign up to ONE Card?
Of course, you can visit us instore and speak to a member of staff and we can issue a physical card.
I don't have the app, will i still receive my loyalty voucher?

Yes, you can still receive your loyalty voucher. It will be available to you to redeem at the till point at point of purchase once we have entered or swiped your ONE Card. Make sure to let us know  your email address so we can let you know a voucher is waiting for you.

I have signed up to the app but my ONE Card number doesn't match the number on my card?

Don’t worry, if we can’t match your account you will be issued a temporary virtual card number. This will be updated as soon as we have reviewed your account. In the meantime, you can use your app and still earn points using this temporary card number.
