  • Casual Sales Assistant

Do you like the idea of working for one of the leading retail stores in Guernsey, without the commitment of doing the same shift in the same department every week? As a casual worker you get to decide when you want to work. We will offer you days, times and departments and all you have to do is either accept the shift or decline it. You will receive full training and guidance on delivering excellent customer service, meeting the needs of our customers and helping colleagues with the shopfloor duties.

  • Lingerie Department Sales Assistant (Full-Time))

Helping our customers to find what they are looking for, answering their questions, maintaining a tidy and well stocked department and working on the till are all key aspects of this role. Doing this with a smile and a “good morning” or “good afternoon” is as important because our customers should find visiting our stores a pleasurable experience.

  • Home Store Sales Assistant (Full-Time))

  • Management Accountant/Finance Manager (depending on experience)

We are recruiting for a key role within our finance team, supporting both Creasey’s Department Store and M&S Guernsey. The role provides financial support across core accounting activities, assists with project work, and contributes to the wider finance team’s objectives. This can be a full or part-time position, and flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

  • Haberdashery Sales Assistant (Part time, 20 hours)

In addition to core responsibilities of a Sales Assistant, it is essential to have an interest and knowledge of sewing, knitting and the products we sell. The role involves supporting customers, keeping the department tidy and well stocked, developing strong product knowledge, and includes regular lifting and movement of stock as part of a hands-on, manual role.

  • Sales Assistant (Part-time, 11 Hours – Thursday afternoons & All day Friday)
