Refunds Our refund pledge If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, return the item within 28 days (7 days for Sale items) in its original condition, with the receipt and we shall gladly refund the full purchase price. If you do not have the receipt, an alternative proof of purchase will be required, ie. Bank statement, ONE Card number. Any items returned without proof of purchase but still has the Creasey’s price label which confirms it was bought in one of our stores, will be offered a credit note. Our refund policy may not apply to all goods for reasons of health and safety and does not apply to goods altered, specially ordered or custom-made.
