If anything that you have just bought from us is not competitive with identical merchandise in stock and on sale locally, we shall be happy to refund the difference.
Our refund pledge
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, return the item within 28 days (7 days for Sale items) in its original condition, with the receipt and we shall gladly refund the full purchase price.
We will offer a credit voucher for any returns made without a receipt.
Our refund policy may not apply to all goods for reasons of health and safety and does not apply to goods altered, specially ordered or custom-made.

Wedding List Terms & Conditions
Your Wedding List set up
- Our Wedding List service is free to you (the list holder) and your guests.
- We recommend you compile your list 6 – 8 weeks prior to your wedding to ensure your product choices are from our most current ranges and in stock. You should avoid adding sale or Special offer items to your list as we cannot guarantee their availability.
- Creasey’s Gift Vouchers will be automatically added to your list as an option for your guests
- When we have finished creating your list, we’ll send you the final copy to review.
- Products may become discontinued at any point during the life of your list, and we will indicate this on your Gift List summary. If this happens before an item has been purchased, we recommend that you remove it and select something else instead.
- Guests will be able to purchase from the list 6 weeks prior to and 2 weeks after the event, there are 2 ways to shop from the list:
1. Online via the link sent and distributed
2. In person: Guests can visit the store and purchase, we will give you a printed list to choose your gift.
- Once you’ve registered and we have completed your online Wedding List, you can view your List online via the personalised link we have sent you. If at any stage you would like to add more items to your list, speak to our wedding co-ordinator and we will happily add these for you.
- Once all your gifts have been purchased, (we will wait up to 3 weeks after the wedding) we will send all those who have opted to have their gifts delivered to your required address at an agreed time.
- We will advise you on the availability of products (it is possible that products may be discontinued or we are unable to re-order)
- If a chosen item is of limited stock and we are unable to re-order we will aim to put this product aside to avoid that item going out of stock. Where an item can be re-ordered, this may stay visible on the shop floor and in an event of this item running out, we will aim to have this item replenished at the earliest date possible.
- If at any point a purchased item is duplicated whereby 2 guests have bought the same item (if a guest purchases in store and at the same time a purchase of the same product is made online), we will contact the guest and offer a substitute item of equivalent value, or with Creasey’s Gift vouchers.
- We offer a free collated standard delivery service. We will endeavour to deliver in one main delivery but if items need to be ordered, these will arrive in additional later deliveries.
- If you would like some items to be delivered before your event, please let us know.
- We’ll deliver gifts approximately 3 weeks after the event. You can either collect gift vouchers at the store on production of photographic identification, or have them delivered with the rest of your gifts.
- It is advisable to book your delivery date as soon as possible after compiling your list.
- If there are any outstanding gifts, we’ll arrange for them to be delivered or collected at an agreed later date.
- We offer a gift wrapping service which is charged at £5, this can be selected at the checkout. If this is not selected, your gift will be securely packed but not gift wrapped. f you would prefer to collect your item in store, this option is also available.
- If you notice that any items are damaged or missing, please notify us as soon as possible within two weeks of delivery so we can help sort out any issues.
Refunds & Exchanges
- All refunds on Wedding List are given in the form of Credit Notes.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift from us, return the item in it’s original condition within 28 days from delivery and we will happily exchange with another item to the same value or a Credit Note.
- If an item is damaged or faulty, please return the item within 7 days from delivery and we will replace with a new or similar item depending on stock levels.
- Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange. We are unable to accept cancellations for these orders unless within 48 hours of your order being placed. We will make this clear to you when you place your order.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
