Chinensis tea

Add the following to a cocktail shaker –

35ml Lanique
15ml Lapsang Suchong Liqueur
2 dashes of Peychauds
juice of half a lemon
5ml Lavender Syrup
1 egg white

First shake without ice to emulsify egg white and then shake again with ice.  Strain over ice in a tea cup.
